Hi! I’m 
Rob Gates, CAE

I bring 20 plus years of technology, business process analysis and non-profit expertise to the work I do at Bostrom for our clients. I ensure that our teams have the right tools and processes in place and understand the best ways to use them to ensure that the projects and programs of our clients and of Bostrom can proceed as effectively and efficiently as possible. I work with all of our client teams for system implementations, the development of new programs and services, and ensuring that privacy concerns are an integral part of our endeavors. I also support consulting efforts, particularly those involving operational assessments.

My Background

Prior to joining the Bostrom team I worked for a number of stand alone associations, including both professional societies and trade organizations. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland University College, and have received certifications in Agile Management, Business Process Management, and ITIL Systems Frameworks. I’ve been a member of the American Society for Association Executives for over 20 years and served as both a committee member and as Chair of the volunteer Technology Committee.  I’ve also presented at a number of conferences on topics related to the intersection of technology and process.
