In my 17 years of working as a Program Manager for Bostrom, my focus is to ensure the organizational goals of my clients are met in a professional manner. Working for clients under the insurance marketing and property/hospitality industries, my customer service skills and effective communications in selling, adding value to members and prospective sponsors has increased membership retention and non-dues revenue. My day-to-day focus is managing the membership portion for the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA) and IACC, specializing in ACGI knowledge and incorporating best practices for organizations related to CRM as well as administrative support for the registration process for events/conferences.
My Background
I began my professional experience 42 years ago in administrative management and membership data organization in a variety of industries, including government, medical, higher education, and the non-profit sectors. My professional skills have stemmed from working at the following companies: Internal Revenue Service, Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago State University, and the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago.
