- Set and select event sites or electronic platforms according to event timelines.
- Create and distribute/post meeting materials, including registration tools and meeting programs.
- Create email marketing campaigns in social media communications to market and promote event components ( interactive education programs, trade shows, etc.).
- Set up and manage event and trade show registration, providing actual to historic reporting and data analysis.
- Organize, coordinate and manage virtual programs.
- Provide on site meeting logistics and management for in person events.
